Working with me

A "working with me" guide describes how you work best, in plain language. You do not need to mention a diagnosis. You decide what goes in it and who you share it with. Nothing is stored: what you type here stays in your own browser.

You stay in charge

What you type here is not sent to NeurodiverseHelp or to your employer. It only exists in this browser, until you close the page. Copy or print the result, and decide for yourself who you share it with.

Fill in

What you fill in here is not sent anywhere, and it disappears when you close the page.

Tip

Write concretely: not "social situations", but "meetings with more than six people". Put it aside for a week, then read it again and adjust it.

What next?

A Working with me guide is the start of a conversation, not the end of one. Share it with your line manager or a colleague, for example in a one-to-one, and agree when you will look at it together again. You decide what goes in it. If you need more support at work than your employer can arrange, the government's Access to Work scheme may be able to help.
